This policy explains what personal data we collect when you book a transfer with skytransferbg.com, why we need it and what rights you have under the GDPR.

What we collect

• Booking details — name, phone number (usually via WhatsApp), email if you give one, pickup and drop-off address, date, time, flight number, passenger count, child seat and any notes you send us.
• Messages — the content of the WhatsApp, SMS or email conversation about your transfer.
• Technical data — basic anonymous usage data from the website (pages viewed, device type).

Why we use it

• To arrange and carry out your transfer and to assign a driver (performance of a contract).
• To contact you about your booking, delays or flight changes.
• To answer questions and handle complaints.
• To keep accounting records where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Only with the driver carrying out your transfer, and with service providers that help us operate (messaging, email delivery and website hosting). We never sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 12 months for support and dispute handling, and longer only where accounting law requires it. Message threads are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by writing to office@skytransferbg.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

The site uses only the technical storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
